Butuan City

A half day trip...

Maaga pa lang, ginising na niya ako as we need to leave the city. He has a conference na gaganapin sa Butuan by 10am. We left the hotel around 4:30am at sumakay kami nang cute na tricycle nang CDO. Pagdating namin sa terminal, I immediately asked him to buy tickets for an aircon bus (siyempre maarte ako sa bus). And he granted my request.

Exciting ang biyahe dahil land tour. I will be able to see some views along the way. And we did. Di naman puno ang bus.

It was a 4 hour ride and we passed by Misamis Oriental and other towns. Nakakatuwa pag dadaan ang kundoktor, bigla niyang tatanggalin ang kamay niya but what I do is hinahawakan ko pa lalo nang mahigpit. Hehe. Pang-asar lang.

Pagdating namin doon, pinakain niya muna ako nang breakfast sa McDonalds sa Gaisano Mall (a famous mall in the south).

Doon na din siya nagpalit. Doon din niya ako iiwan at babalikan after the conference.

Nag-ikot ikot lang muna ako sa mall while waiting for him. Nang malibot ko na lahat, I decided to go to Butuan Airport para ipachange ang return flight ko. Originally, I am suppose to stay in Mindanao for 5 days only. But he convinced me to extend. That's the excitement of travelling.

After changing my return flight, I went back to the mall and stayed inside McDonalds again. Hehe. I remember that there was even a guy looking at us and maybe thinking if we are a couple. Hehe.

Kinuha na agad namin our bags and left Butuan city. It was a typical provincial city which somehow reminded me of Laguna. Kung may cute na tricycle ang CDO, Butuan has their own too. At kulay pink siya. Sumakay kami nang tricycle papuntang terminal para pumunta naman sa pier for our next stop: CAMIGUIN!!!

HI thanks for visiting our city! I saw your blog when I googled Butuan. :) I'm making my own Butuan Blog so I was curious as to my visibility in the Net then I saw your blog. (BTW the tricycles are usually orange, I think.) :)
